A box indicates four walls, a closed bottom, and a top that may or may not be open. Sometimes you may put your head out to peak at the rest of the world, and then you go back into your box and continue to live your life the way you know how to.
As a baby your box was your mother's arms, and then as you grew, your box became bigger. It became your home and then your school. Many years later it became your work place.
What dictated how your life happened were societies rules, and various authority figures.
Living out of the box does not mean flaunting authority as some discipline is required for this world to run smoothly, but it also does not mean abiding by logic that is imposed on you and what you know need not necessarily be true.
The time when that box starts to look claustrophobic is when you start to put your head out more and more into the world that exists outside the box, and then find the world so fascinating that your head more or less remains outside. And one day you clamber out for a better peak at the world and take a stroll in the open air.
And you breathe that air in. It's so fresh and invigorating.
Now in this new space, of free flowing air, you take in many gulps of it, and start to get ideas of what you could do in this open space. So many ideas come up and soon you are walking your path towards the REAL person you were always meant to be.
You start to jog and then run with your arms open wide, just yelling into the breeze.
This is YOU, the real you who were always meant to be free, singing and dancing in the open air. The real you is happy, and full of life and able to embrace all the differences that exist around you, incorporate them, and give your best back to the world.
Welcome to this world of life outside the box.
Lots of love
